The payment of fee through cheques is accepted.
The parents will kindly keep the receipts issued to them and produce them as proof of payment, if needed.
The fees must be paid for months, during which pupil's name has been carried on in the register, even if the pupil has been absent during these months.
The fees for the term must be paid in full, even if the pupil leaves before the term is over.
The fees may be paid in advance for the whole year or term.
Fees for quarter (3 months) have to be paid on or before the 20th of the first month of the quarter. After 20th of the month a fine of Rs. 150/- will be realized for late payment till the end of the month.
The fees for the vacation months will be realized in advance.
No reduction of fees is made on account of midsummer and winter holidays or other vacations or temporary absence.
The children whose school fees fall into arrears are liable to be debarred from taking the terminal tests, and attending school, till the fees are paid. Neither the reports nor transfer certificates will be issued, till all accounts are fully settled.
In case two or more students come from the same family, full fees will be charged for each.
Deserving cases will be considered for reduction of fees and the sole criterion will be the economic condition of the parents concerned. All fee concessions will be withdrawn, if the pupils do not satisfy the school authorities by regular attendance, good conduct and satisfactory progress in studies.
The school monograms to be worn by every pupil.
Students are liable to be sent home in the absence of a written explanation from their parents or guardians for being late.
Students who are dirty in dress, person or are without uniform will not be permitted to sit in the class.
If a pupil is obliged to come to school without the proper uniform, he/she should get a note of satisfactory explanation from his/her parents, otherwise he/she will not be admitted to class.
